We understand that it is our responsibility to protect your personal data, and we therefore have systems, processes, and controls in place to ensure that we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and respect your privacy.

When you purchase a service or contact us

When you order moving assistance, transport, or communicate with us via website, phone, e-mail, or form, we collect the personal information you provide yourself – typically name, address, e-mail address, phone number, and details about the desired task.

The purpose is to be able to deliver the ordered service, fulfill our agreement with you, and ensure correct communication.

The legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (contract fulfillment).

Storage period: We store your information for up to 6 months after the completion of the task, unless legislation requires longer storage (for example, accounting material).

When you apply for a job with us

If you send us a job application, we receive information such as name, address, e-mail address, phone number, and any attached documents.

The purpose is to be able to assess your application and possibly offer you employment.

When you submit your application, you also consent to our processing of your information.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (consent).

If you are not hired, we store your information for 3 months, after which it is deleted.

When you do business with us

The purpose of processing your information is to be able to deliver the agreed services, manage payment and the right to complain, and comply with legal requirements, including accounting and bookkeeping.

The information we process comes from you as a customer – collected via e-mail, telephone, or our website.

If you order a moving or transport task, we only pass on the necessary information to the employees or partners who are to perform the task.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (contract fulfillment).

Storage period: We store information for 6 months after completion of the task. However, billing information will be stored for a longer period in accordance with the Bookkeeping Act.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of your personal data.

You have the right to:

  • Insight – to gain insight into the information we process about you.
  • Rectification – to have incorrect or incomplete information corrected.
  • Deletion – in special cases, to have information deleted earlier than our ordinary deletion deadline.
  • Restriction – to have the processing of your information restricted.
  • Objection – to object to the processing, for example in connection with direct marketing.
  • Data portability – to receive your information in a structured and machine-readable format.
